Rob and I have both been working in the field of digital transformation for many years, and we’ve often seen just how frustrating the associated organizational change can be.
Employees aren’t brought along for the ride, they feel frustrated, and decisions are made from the top down. Six months ago, we realized that we both wanted to make a fundamental change in this area, so we developed an AI-based approach that makes this possible - ensuring that everyone involved in organizational change is more motivated.
